The council decides how much to give you based on what the occupational therapist wrote. A report that says “consider a stairlift” gets you a fraction of a job. A report that sets out exactly why one is needed, and why nothing else will do, gets the job funded.

Those few boxes come to you blank, clearly marked, with a page showing exactly what to write in each one. Your occupational therapist report goes from them straight to you, and from you straight to the council. We never see it.
If we miss something, we fix it
If the council comes back looking for something we should have included, tell us and we will put it right and send it again. No charge.
We cannot promise that any council will approve a grant. That decision is theirs and it depends on their funding. What we promise is that your application goes in complete, on time, and with nothing left vague.
