What happens after you submit
- Within 3 hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm) we email you a personalised welcome pack — exactly what the application requires for your county, what we need from you, an estimated timeline, and a secure payment link for the €169 flat fee.
- You read the welcome pack at your own pace. No commitment until you decide. Questions? Reply to the email or hit hello@thegranthub.ie.
- Once you pay the €169, you get secure access to upload your supporting documents (proof of income, proof of ownership, ID, etc.).
- We coordinate the OT report, source the three required installer quotes, complete the council application, and email you a finished pack ready to submit.
- You submit to your local council. The council issues a decision letter confirming the grant amount.
- The works happen. You pay the installer the difference between the approved cost and the grant.
What €169 covers: eligibility verification, OT report coordination, three vetted installer quotes, completion of the council application form, finished pack ready to submit. One price for any grant — Housing Adaptation Grant or Mobility Aids Grant. Free to read the welcome pack first; you only pay if you decide to proceed.
If urgent: Mark "Urgent — within 4 weeks" on the form. Several councils prioritise medically urgent applications, and we can flag this when we file.
