What it is

The card belongs to the person, not the car, so it works whether you are the driver or a passenger. It must be renewed every two years.

Who can get it

People with a permanent condition that severely restricts their ability to walk, or who are certified blind. A Primary Medical Certificate qualifies you automatically.
