What it is
You can use the grant however you like. It is paid for each person you care for, whether or not you get a carer's payment.

Who can get it
Anyone providing full-time care, whether or not they receive Carer's Allowance, Carer's Benefit or Domiciliary Care Allowance.

- Proof you provide full-time care (if not already on a carer payment)
How to apply
- If on a carer payment, it is paid automatically
- Otherwise apply using form CSG1
- Receive the grant in June
