What it is
Instead of doing measures one at a time, a One Stop Shop assesses your home, applies for the grants, manages the contractors and completes the final BER — you pay only the balance.

Who can get it
Homeowners, landlords and approved housing bodies, where the home was built or occupied before 2011 and can be brought up to a B2 rating.
