What it is
SEAI pays for and manages the whole upgrade. It is aimed at homeowners on certain welfare payments living in older, less efficient homes.

Who can get it
You must own and live in the home (built before 2006, with a BER of C to F) and be getting a qualifying payment such as Fuel Allowance, Working Family Payment, Carer's Allowance, Disability Allowance or the One-Parent Family Payment.
