What it is
You apply before the work starts, use a registered contractor, and the grant is paid after completion. You can do measures individually or bundle them.
How much you can get
Up to €12,500 insulation, heat pump, solar.

Who can get it
Owner-occupiers, landlords and companies. The home needs an electricity meter (MPRN) and must have been built or occupied before 2011 for insulation, or before 2021 for a heat pump or solar.

- Pick a contractor from the SEAI registered list
- Submit your documents — the grant is paid after completion
